3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of DELLIUX LIMITED, you agree to:

  • Make payments according to agreed-upon terms

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project. DELLIUX LIMITED retains rights to:

  • Proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery
  • Generic solutions and templates not specifically created for your project
  • The right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with your permission)

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Payment schedules based on project milestones
  • Invoices payable within 14 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment until account is current

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. DELLIUX LIMITED agrees to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client data and proprietary information
  • Use client information solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data
  • Not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

DELLIUX LIMITED provides services with professional care and expertise. However:

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
  • We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services or platforms
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Written notice as specified in the project agreement
  • Immediate termination for breach of terms
  • Payment for work completed up to termination date is required
  • All confidential information must be returned or destroyed

9. Changes to Terms

DELLIUX LIMITED reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
