MedLink helps UK GP surgeries bring patients in for the reviews that matter. DELLIUX built a patient-engagement and recall platform that turns clinical recalls into completed online reviews.
The challenge
GP practices spend enormous effort chasing patients for annual reviews across dozens of conditions — by phone, text and letter — with the results scattered across systems. They needed a compliant, structured way to invite, track and action recalls at scale.
What we built
We built the recall workflow end to end, for staff and for patients:
- A recall dashboard — scheduled versus ad-hoc lists, batch patient upload and a month-by-month schedule
- A customisable library of clinical review templates (Asthma, Diabetes, COPD, Hypertension, HRT, Health Check and more)
- A workflow inbox for the practice team
- Letter and summary-document generation
- A twelve-step practice onboarding checklist
- Patient-facing review forms with passwordless magic-link login and 2FA
The stack
Laravel with Inertia and Vue on an AdminLTE shell, GOV.UK Notify and AWS SNS for SMS and letters, Fortify and Passport for auth, and DomPDF/PhpWord for documents.
The outcome
Practices invite patients by SMS or letter, patients complete reviews online, and the surgery manages the whole recall workflow in one place — built to standards appropriate for NHS primary care.
