DeliverXL turns messy delivery workbooks into early warnings. DELLIUX built a programme-timing intelligence platform that flags vehicle-programme slippage before it cascades into cost.
The challenge
In automotive programmes, timing risk hides in dozens of supplier spreadsheets. By the time slippage is visible in a status meeting, it is already expensive. The client needed a system that ingests real delivery data and surfaces risk deterministically — with a full audit trail, not a black box.
What we built
We built an ingestion-to-insight pipeline centred on a dense programme dashboard:
- Workbook ingestion and connectors that parse supplier delivery data
- A deterministic RAG risk engine that computes signals in under a second
- A programme dashboard — KPI strip, ring-by-gate heatmap, stage-gate pipeline, chain-float Pareto, recoverability trends, escalations and supplier risk
- Semantic matching of supplier milestones to programme gateways
- A supplier portal, escalations (including 8D) and issue tracking
- Multi-tenant organisation administration
The stack
Laravel with Inertia, React and TypeScript, Tailwind v4, Recharts and TanStack Table for the data-dense views, @xyflow/react for critical-path graphs, and PhpSpreadsheet for workbook ingestion.
The outcome
Programme managers now see risk at origin — which rings and gates are slipping, how recoverable they are, and where to escalate — from data they already produce. Deterministic signals and full audit-trail coverage make the output defensible in the room.
